SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs to each country are calculated upon checkout according to different global shipping zones(Exceptions: Free shipping for orders exceeding 35$). 

Customs, Duties and Other Fees for International Orders: Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. We label all our packages as low value “Gifts” to avoid incurring import taxes. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.


Processing time:

For regular orders will take a business day to process at our HongKong warehouses and will be shipped the following business day. For example, if an order is submitted on a Saturday, it will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Please allow slight delays with the holiday season. 


Shipping Time: 

Canada: 7-12 business days

North America: 5-10 business days

Europe: 10-15 business days


Tracking: 

Once your order is placed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not recieve it. if you not received the tracking number email you can find the tracking number in your account or contact us.

It takes up to five days for your tracking information to appear on the shipping company’s website.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, please allow extra time for order processing and shipping. Thank you for your patience.

We recommend keeping a close tab on your shipment to prevent any potential thefts. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered but cannot be located later, or if incorrect information was given to us.
